A Technical Committee Member of the Health Food Manufacturers’ Association (HFMA), Raj has spent 10 years working in businesses such as Holland & Barrett, Solgar, PepsiCo, Sainsbury's, Nature’s Bounty, and Cambridge Regulatory Services.
Raj has a PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and Drug Design from The University of Birmingham. Her specialism was in Supramolecular complexes and their interactions with biomolecules and cancer cells.
