How to take

Take 1 sachet per day and 'shake it to wake it'.

Empty Hydrate+ into a bottle of 500ml–750ml of water and shake well. Mix with 500ml for a medium taste, 750ml for a lighter taste.

Can be taken at any time of the day and before, during, or after exercise.

Yes, Hydrate+ can be taken on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, take Hydrate+ with a light snack. When it comes to maintaining optimal hydration and digestion, it is important to drink lots of fluids between meals throughout the day and also to avoid drinking too many fluids with your meals.
