These no-bake protein balls are the perfect blend of delicious indulgence and wholesome nutrition. Packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness, they’re ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping you energised and fuelled. The combination of oat flour, almonds, and maple syrup gives them a soft, cookie-dough texture, while the rich vegan dark chocolate coating adds a touch of decadence. Enjoy one (or two!) as a post-workout boost, afternoon snack, or guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Protein & Creatine Superblend powder 
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup of cashew butter
  • 3/4 maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60g vegan dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl apart from the vegan chocolate and mix well.
  2. Form into balls (makes approx. 12) and leave in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate and cover balls.
  4. Add sea salt flakes to the top.
