I suffer historically from IBS & endometriosis with horrendous bloating, diarrhea & constipation..less than six weeks of taking these once a day and the change is fantastic...I have no bloating ....I've had no cramps... Due to prescribed medications I was suffering from brain fog. Being creative and having good focus is my job, and I can honestly say that choline has helped me.
