How to take?

  • Take your two capsules daily, together or separately, at least 20 minutes before or after hot food or drink.
  • Women’s ProMulti contains healthy, active bacteria (probiotics) which are sensitive to heat, so it is important to take your capsules with cold drink or food.
  • Take your two capsules at a time of day that is most convenient for you. If you are taking antibiotics, take your two Women’s ProMulti capsules at least 2 hours before or after your antibiotics.
  • This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of your doctor.
  • This formula contains Vitamin B3 in the form of Niacinamide riboside. Although it does not contain the Nicotinic acid form of Vitamin B3,  known to possibly cause skin flushes in sensitive individuals, please do get in touch with our team of nutritionists, if you have any concerns at all.

How it works?

Our Women's ProMulti is a complete formula of 29 vitamins, minerals, botanicals, amino acids and live cultures, developed for women from 45 onwards. It contains evidence-based doses of clinically-backed ingredients for energy, memory, bones, skin, hair, immunity, and gut and vaginal health.

What your body needs changes during and after menopause, and a standard multivitamin doesn't address those needs. In our study, 92% of women taking Women's ProMulti rated it effective, and not one rated it ineffective.

Energy and tiredness

Fatigue after 45 is rarely down to one thing. Sleep changes, shifting hormones and slower nutrient absorption all play a part, and iron requirements drop once periods stop while your need for B vitamins increases.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 in our Women's ProMulti fuel your energy, and are provided in their methylated, body-ready forms that your body uses directly, which matters more with age as the conversion step becomes less efficient. Ashwagandha modulates your stress response, and sustained stress is one of the most common causes of tiredness that rest does not fix.

Memory and mental clarity

Brain fog and losing your thread mid-sentence are among the most unsettling changes women report before and during menopause.

Ginkgo biloba has been studied for cognitive function for decades, with clinical trials involving more than 2,500 people. Vitamin B5 supports your mental sharpness and focus, while vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 fuel the neurotransmitters your brain uses to think clearly.

B12 absorption declines with age which is why our Women's ProMulti provides it as methylcobalamin at a therapeutic dose.

Bones, muscles and joints

Bone loss accelerates sharply after menopause, and perimenopause is when most of it starts to happen, while muscle mass declines alongside it.

Vitamin D3 is essential for your body to absorb calcium, and vitamin K2 activates the proteins that bind that calcium into bone. Boron supports bone health, magnesium supports your muscles, and the amino acids lysine, proline and glycine are the building blocks your body uses for collagen, which holds bone mineral in place. In women over 60, vitamin D reduces the risk of falling from postural instability and muscle weakness.

For comprehensive support for your bones, muscles and joints, we recommend OsteoFriend® alongside Women's ProMulti.

Skin, hair and nails

Collagen production falls with oestrogen, and around 30% of your skin collagen is lost in the first five years after your final period. Thinning hair and brittle nails usually follow the same curve.

Vitamin C is vital for your body to build collagen, zinc supports the constant cell renewal in your skin and nails, biotin supports healthier hair, and selenium further fuels hair and nail growth. Coenzyme Q10 is included because your body makes less of it with age, and it is concentrated in the cells that need the most energy, including those in your skin.

Skin renews on a cycle of roughly 28 days and hair grows in months rather than weeks, so take our Women's ProMulti consistently for best results.

Gut and vaginal health

Your vaginal microbiome changes after menopause. Falling oestrogen reduces the glycogen that lactobacilli feed on, so their numbers fall, pH rises, and dryness, irritation and urinary infections are more common.

Our Women's ProMulti provides Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus reuteri, two species that naturally dominate a healthy vaginal microbiome, alongside cranberry extract, whose proanthocyanidins have been studied for preventing recurrent urinary infections in women.

For focused vaginal and urinary support, we recommend pH Hero® alongside Women's ProMulti.

Immunity

The immune response becomes slower and less precise with age, which is why infections can last longer than they used to.

Zinc, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and vitamin A all support your immune function through different routes, and vitamin D3 matters particularly in the darker months. Over 70% of your immune function is in your gut, which is another reason Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus reuteri are in this formula.

Heart and circulation

Cardiovascular risk rises for women after menopause, and oestrogen's protective effect on blood vessels is a significant part of why.

Vitamins B6, B12 and folate work together to keep homocysteine at healthy levels for cardiovascular health. Vitamin B1 is vital for your heart function, vitamin E protects your cells from oxidative stress, and Coenzyme Q10 is concentrated in heart muscle, which has among the highest energy demands of any tissue in your body.
